Questions people ask before buying
Do I need an account?
No password and no signup form. You enter your email at checkout, and enter it again when you want to download. That email is what holds your credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your email address indefinitely.
Can I use the patterns commercially?
Yes. Everything you export is yours, including for client and commercial work. The geometry is generated procedurally, not sampled from third-party artwork.
Who processes the payment?
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. They handle the transaction, VAT and invoicing, and provide customer service for anything billing-related. Prices are in US dollars; tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What if something goes wrong?
If an export fails or a credit is deducted without you getting a file, we restore or refund it — see the Refund Policy. Unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days.
